Dudley Clark was a consummate professional throughout the home buying process. We were introduced to Dudley Clark via a friend who had met him randomly at an open house. The friend is interested in real estate in general, and had a very wonderful things to say about Dudley - specifically with how he was patient, incredibly knowledgeable about the market and neighborhoods, and was understanding that they weren't looking to buy right away. Being new to the state ourselves, that was exactly what we were looking for.
Dudley was consistent in his communication, responsive to all of our questions, and informative about the process. We are first-time home buyers and while we started with the idea that we'd be buying in the spring, Dudley was always accommodating when we began ramping up our search. We would not hesitate to use him in the future or to recommend him to friends.

As first time homebuyers, Dudley Clark was a tremendous asset to us. He was very patient in showing us dozens of properties, and he answered all of our questions patiently and respectfully. In our first few tours, he went out of his way to help us understand the Denver and greater Denver neighborhoods in order to help us get a sense of what was available in and just outside of our price range. Dudley recommended properties for us to view but also gave us space to indicate which properties interested us as well. We learned a great deal about real estate and homeownership in the three months we spent working with Dudley, and we owe him a debt of gratitude for it.
