I grew up on the East Coast. My first plane ride was to Denver to attend the University of Denver. The decision to come west was something of a lark, but as it turned out, a pivotal one. I got an education here. I met my wife here. Our daughter was born here. I started a long career in retailing here.
We then moved all over the country from one interesting house to another, one great store to another, one fine town to another. But the city that was always in our minds was Denver and so when the opportunity arose, we came back.

Where do you LIVE?
I live in the central Denver neighborhood of Alamo Placita, an area everyone thinks is Capitol Hill. It’s near supermarkets, cleaners, restaurants, coffee bars, and public transportation. My wife and I and two West Highland terriers, have renovated a 1907 Fisher and Fisher-designed English Tudor. We have a rare private garden that is the beneficiary of every free hour I have.
Why Real Estate... Aren't There Enough Agents On The Planet Already?
I have been selling and leasing residential and commercial real estate for 22 years and have seen the extremes in market conditions. I have been both a tenant and a landlord and understand the importance of promptly addressing concerns as they arise.
I have learned firsthand the necessity of making a smart purchase. It is similar to retail merchandising, a career I have enjoyed for many years. The purchase is successful only if both the price and the terms make sense. Real estate is a fascinating business. Everything changes from month to month. The market is impacted by interest rates, supply and demand, seasonality, and the "economy." The lives and real estate needs of buyers and sellers are also changing. It is a wonderful feeling to help a client successfully navigate this dynamic marketplace.
